Want to start pilates, but NO idea where to start?!! You have come to the right place. Our clinics and studios have been trail blazers, in introducing the combined physio pilates method to Liverpool back in 2007. We opened the first pilates studios, we train the teachers and our Clinic Director is an internationally recognised pilates master trainer.
Our BEST studio memberships start from £9.92 a class, please get in touch if you would like to be sign up to a studio membership. Otherwise, you can book 1-1 sessions, new client trial passes, mat, reformer & open studio bundles via our website. You can also book PAYG sessions. We cater for all clients and offer mat pilates, reformer pilates and open studio sessions with other large pilates apparatus (pilates cadillac, split pedal chair, ladder barrel and spine correctors). It can be a little daunting at the start of your journey or if you are new to the studios and have no idea where to start. Thats why we have a delightful team ready and waiting to answer your enquiry and direct you to the right class for you. Just get in touch.
